I was offline for the Fourth of July weekend, so I missed Trumps ReTruth of a claim that there were only 113 million votes cast in the 2020 election.
I looked this up myself since I didn’t see any references..
According to the STATISTA, and other sources, there were approximately 168.31 million registered voters in 2020.
According to the CENCUS BUREAU , there was a voter turnout of 66.8%
So if only 66.8% of voters turned out of 168.31 million people, that means approximately 115 million people voted.
Joe Biden “received” 81 million votes Donald Trump recieved 74,000 million votes.
81 + 74 = 155 Million votes
If only 115 million votes were cast, where did the other 40 million votes come from?
Seriously, Can someone make it make sense & splain this to me like I’m 5? Do I have this wrong?
